Add web technology missing URL

'Specification Address (URL)' is missing in the report and exported json file.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Step 2'
2. Add web technology ('Web Technology' and 'Specification Address (URL)')
3. View report
4. The added 'Web technology' is available, the link (URL) is missing
5. Also URL's are missing in the exported json file

Expected behavior
There are 2 solutions:

• add links to all available technologies and save these in the json file
  or
• remove the input field 'Specification Address (URL)'

Additional context
In json files in the old version (2.x) of the report tool these URL's were saved. So old data will automatically removed without any notice to the user.
