Invalid API crumb

Since last week, I've been getting errors when running msmquote. I had been using v. 4.8.1, but I'm seeing the same behavior with v. 4.9.0. It appears to be an issue on the Yahoo side.

Hi, Yahoo is now requiring TLS v1.3 to be used when getting the API crumb. I'm currently testing a fix for this and all being well will be able to release a patched version of msmquote in the next day or so.
