Feat default layout and xterm renderer - #249

- WebKitGTK forced DOM on Linux; CEF renders WebGL like the other platforms - appliedMigrations records the move, so DOM chosen afterwards is kept
- Showed the default layout as "Default layout" instead of "---" (#245) - Save Layout and Delete Layout next to the always shown layout select, toolbar grouped with separators - Layouts stored per type (ssh, shell), gathered once from the servers, which keep theirs for earlier versions - General settings list the SSH and local shell layouts instead of every server's settings - The layout setting select can pick another layout and stays valid after deleting
- Needs 5cript-nui-components feat/select-inline-label (select label and icon)

Also improves the toolbar to be better structured and gives the select boxes a text that shows what they are for.
Layouts are now shared across all servers.
Also improves styling and the toolbar styling.
