fix: fresh-install fixes: Gateway API CRD wait, quiet TimescaleDB step, Cloudflare token and reverse proxy, per-panel tailnet ranges - #737

…nstall skips it, and no kubectl exec can hang an update The step sat silent for up to five minutes while the first start pulled the image. A panel with no timescaledb volume yet has nothing to update, and every kubectl exec in the update path (the extension queries, the PG_VERSION reads, vacuumdb, the signed clip link check) now runs under a time limit.
…, and a key the 5Stack service passes isn't reported missing With REVERSE_PROXY=true the panel issues no certificates, so the engine skips the Let's Encrypt check through Cloudflare, its challenge-path and redirect rules and Always Use HTTPS, and keeps only the origin check. setup-env.sh keeps REVERSE_PROXY=true alongside CLOUDFLARE_MANAGED, and only warns about a missing token when neither CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN nor the secrets file has one.
…d never adds the shared 10.42 lines for it PANEL_POD_RANGE, PANEL_SERVICE_RANGE and PANEL_TAILSCALE_TAG in .5stack-env.config set the routes, grants, tag owner and key tags game-node-server-setup.sh writes, and the k3s it installs keeps those ranges. Without them, a cluster whose pods are outside 10.42.0.0/16 is refused.

Fixes from a fresh install on k3s 1.37: the Gateway API CRD race, a silent TimescaleDB step, the Cloudflare token warning, managed Cloudflare behind your own reverse proxy, and the script join's hard-coded 10.42 range.
install_traefikwaits for each CRD k3s's gateway-api-crd release is still creating.kubectl execin the update path runs undertimeoutplus--request-timeout, with 120s for queries and 3600s for vacuumdb. That covers the extension queries, both PG_VERSION reads, vacuumdb and the signed clip link check.setup-env.shonly warns when neitherCLOUDFLARE_API_TOKENnorcloudflare-secrets.envhas a token. A Vault install never reaches this check.REVERSE_PROXY=true, the engine skips the ACME-through-Cloudflare check, the challenge-path rule, the HTTPS redirect rule, the Always Use HTTPS switch and their blocker warnings. It keeps the origin 52x check and Full (strict).setup-env.shnow keeps an explicitREVERSE_PROXY=truealongsideCLOUDFLARE_MANAGED.tailscale-api.shandgame-node-server-setup.shreadPANEL_POD_RANGE,PANEL_SERVICE_RANGEandPANEL_TAILSCALE_TAGfrom.5stack-env.config. These set the routes, grants, tag owner, key tags and the k3s ranges. A cluster whose pods are outside 10.42.0.0/16 and that has no range set is refused instead of getting the shared lines.
