Our /preflight rates any A2A card without `signatures` as delegate_with_caution — including ours until now. The card is now signed with the persistent Ed25519 service key: payload = served card minus `signatures`, RFC 8785 JCS; protected header alg=EdDSA, typ=JOSE, kid = did:web key URL resolvable via /.well-known/did.json. Adds /.well-known/jwks.json (same key as OKP JWK). Tests verify from public material only, reject tampering and foreign keys, and keep the largest card variant under the 5 KiB registry budget.
