feat(platform): add twenty-two ESP32-S3 board profiles
feat(platform): add ten more ESP32-S3 board profiles
feat(platform): add six more ESP32-S3 board profiles
feat(platform): add KEVIN SP V4 and DuChat X profiles
Add 43 board profiles and shared platform primitives for new displays, touch and input paths, codecs, power expanders, and raw-I2S configurations. Keep unverified profiles marked as such and retain the pinned SDK inputs.
