Summary

• Add a Wails v3 desktop app with local SQLite storage and credential vault, while reusing the existing REST API and SSH/VNC streams.
• Add native desktop build workflows and artifacts for macOS, Linux, and Windows.
• Add desktop window management, detached windows, offline icons, system theme support, SSH/VNC zoom, terminal clipboard actions, and file transfer progress.
• Integrate native macOS traffic lights with the app header and move File, View, and Help actions to the macOS menu bar.

Validation

• Frontend lint and production build passed.
• macOS arm64 Wails build passed locally.
• Windows x64 Wails build passed locally during development; the final macOS menu changes were built only for macOS.
• Linux builds are left to the GitHub workflow.
