Summary
Resolve the Windows showcase portability blocker and prepare a verified GitHub-first gem 1.0.0 candidate. Runtime mathematics, public APIs, packaging metadata, dependencies and committed reference assets remain frozen.
Changes
sin(0x1.921fb54442d18p-1): Windows differs by one ULP, propagated into the reported two-ULP rotated-axis difference.Verification
Completed package run: all 30 jobs passed. Each of the 15 CPython 3.10–3.14 Linux/macOS/Windows environments passed 4,050 tests, with zero failures, expected failures or skips. All 15 environments also passed installation of the same canonical wheel and sdist; 60 isolated installs across both validation stages. Every installed check covered 268 API declarations and 43 documentation examples.
Documentation run passed. Strict local documentation/site checks, Actionlint, workflow guards and independent reference tests passed. The original Windows failure was reproduced on all five interpreters before correction.

NOT READY for publication: numerical/platform validation passed, but human review/merge, successful manual validation at the resulting final master SHA, verified protected environment settings and separate tag/release authorization remain required. PR artifacts cannot bypass the manual-master provenance guard. PyPI publication remains deferred pending account recovery and authority verification. Repeated builds have identical file payloads but timestamp-dependent archive hashes; preserve exact validated bytes.
No tags, releases, package uploads, settings changes or automatic merges were performed.
