About The Pull Request
pr ballooned into specfran fixes 4. fixes and audits a bunch of areas, misc fixes, MS13 tables, etc. look mapdiffbot.
Why It's Good For The Game
the police scanner doesn't freak out about the Forbidden Burial Site anymore and the areas are just saner overall. also bunches of cool new objects.
