Tracker worker aborts mid-batch when one tracked title is cancelled; remaining titles are never checked #125

Brief summary

I'm seeing the tracker worker stop early while checking new chapters for tracked titles and this results in never getting updates for several tracked titles, while these titles do have updates that show up when they are opened manually.

Looking at the "Check for new chapters log" under the settings, I see several sources that report a number of issues/exceptions. Migrating the faulty ones seems to make the worker go further when checking for new chapters.

I did a debug session and it seems like one or more tracked items ends up cancelled (not via a user UI action), so the whole worker batch aborts and WorkManager reports a CancellationException before the other tracked items are processed.

This is one of the CancellationException that I saw happening:

Steps to reproduce

1. add a title from a source that has some kind of issue right now (like HTTP 429 or 5xx errors) in the bookmarks/favorites
2. add one or more titles from sources that have no issues to the bookmarks/favorites
3. try looking for new chapters
4. the new chapter search ends prematurely
