Double-tapping Shift does not enable Caps Lock #146

Describe the bug
Double-tapping Shift quickly does not enable Caps Lock. KeyboardState.onPressShift() rejects a legitimate second Shift press when it occurs within 100 ms of the first, even though the keyboard's double-tap timer is still active.
To Reproduce
- Open the LeanTypeDual keyboard.
- Tap Shift twice quickly.
- Observe that Shift remains temporary instead of locking.
Expected behavior
Any two distinct Shift taps within the configured double-tap timeout enable Caps Lock, including fast taps below 100 ms. A single Shift tap must remain temporary, and tapping Shift while locked must unlock it.
