Summary

Reconciles all WIS criteria against the integrated rewrite and adds the missing 1.x migration guide and public coverage/limitations reference. The migration read is executable and checked, and every included inventory entry now has a repeatable check against real typed methods, documentation and contract-test classes.

Upload implementation resolutions are recorded separately from the original upstream documentation gaps, preserving source provenance without keeping resolved implementation contracts blocked. The acceptance map, project context and Unreleased changelog are updated.

Verification

All 3,357 offline tests passed in default and strict runs on PHP 8.4 and 8.5 with networking denied. Documentation checks passed. Separate independent Standards and Spec reviews found no issues, including renewed reviews of the fresh-install evidence.

Separately approved fresh temporary consumers installed the current local-source package, resolved public dependencies and passed synthetic reads on both runtimes. This is not published-2.0 artifact verification. Broad live API behavior, S3 execution and plan entitlement remain unverified as documented.

Merging publishes the updated docs through the existing workflow; it does not publish a library release.

Validation details
  • Baseline: 6a4a2980f1a43eea93e06911b4769aea72082043; delivered commit: c2010a44818d5c1bc28f0cbc9535f9a7589e4c42. All 1,143 reviewed source/support content, mode and absence fingerprints were compared after commit and preserved. The working tree is clean.
  • Native parent Rewrite Wistia PHP for PHP 8.4+ and the current Wistia API #8 and all 17 native blockers (Add OAuth authorization and token-exchange helpers #12–Implement webinar Analytics operations #28) were read with pagination; corresponding delivery PRs are integrated ancestors, and their verification/review evidence was inspected. Closed labels alone were not used as proof of integration.
  • OS-denied networking: sandbox-exec -p '(version 1)(allow default)(deny network*)'. PHP 8.4.26 and 8.5.10 each passed both composer test and php -d allow_url_fopen=0 vendor/bin/phpunit --fail-on-warning --fail-on-risky --fail-on-deprecation --fail-on-notice: 3,357 tests / 31,076 assertions per run. The test bootstrap enables captured arguments for redaction checks. No legacy/live/destructive tests ran.
  • Test accounting uses parameter-expanded PHPUnit cases: baseline 3,345, candidate 3,357; 12 added, zero removed. Two new test files protect the complete inventory mapping and provisioned-autoloader use from a separate consumer process. No existing endpoint tests were changed or removed.
  • php -d allow_url_fopen=0 tools/check-inventory.php --self-test --require-complete: accounting/mapping and 23 malformed-inventory checks passed. A separate negative CLI fixture missing resolution evidence exited 1 and retained its visible blocker.
  • php -d allow_url_fopen=0 tools/check-delivery.php: 160 non-Upload catalog methods plus six Upload workflows map to actual method signatures, request/result classes, documentation files and executable PHPUnit classes. These are mapping checks, not a substitute for behavioral contract execution.
  • composer validate --no-check-publish --no-interaction passed with the existing GPLv2 SPDX warning; license identity was not changed. Installed-platform checks passed on both runtimes.
  • Fresh consumer checks: two empty temporary Composer projects installed a filtered current package via a local path repository labelled dev-main, with no lock/vendor copied. Only src/, manifest, LICENSE and README were exported; all 769 files were byte-compared against the checkout. Plugins/scripts were disabled; Composer home/cache were isolated. Public dependencies resolved Guzzle 8.3.0. Installation, non-dev platform checks, default client construction without HTTP and one injected typed media read passed on PHP 8.4.26/8.5.10. Smoke reads had OS network denial; dependency downloads required network. Repository dependencies were not modified.
  • Fresh source installation is distinct from remote dev-main selection, published-release verification and a full dependency-version matrix. Root PHPUnit runs used the provisioned Guzzle 8.2.0; Guzzle 8.3 evidence is consumer installation/configuration/smoke coverage only.
  • php tools/docs/build.php && php tools/docs/check.php: passed, 1,606 HTML pages. check-examples.php: 35 PHP snippets, with the tutorial and migration reads each executed through a synthetic transport. check-repository-links.php: 495 local links passed. git diff --check: passed. Runtime/test/config/public-site inputs were unchanged by the final two internal evidence updates; relevant checks were retained and repository links renewed.
  • Two separate read-only Standards/Spec contexts inspected the full delivery. Both affected axes were independently renewed after approved fresh-install evidence updated WIS-01 status; no issues remained. Build, verification/review and reporting gates pass for this source delivery. No release approval or parent-spec closure follows.
  • Existing CI jobs/triggers are unchanged: documentation build on PRs, then automatic build/publish for current successful main revisions. No runtime library-test CI job is added. Hosted duration/compute impact is unmeasured; no performance claim is made.
  • Release impact: documentation/internal verification only; no release-impact label, runtime API change, version bump or dependency-requirement change. The aggregate rewrite still targets 2.0.0.
  • No application migrations/backfills or remote Wistia state changes are performed. Reverting source removes the new documentation/checks but does not undo any consumer actions. Rollback was not exercised. Framework consumer provisioning/tests and broad live API/plan access remain outside this evidence and are disclosed.

Map every WIS criterion, verify integrated operation coverage, and document current-source consumer installation and live verification boundaries.
