docs: add the documentation site (esign-webforms.avunu.net) - #4

Adopts @avunu/docusystem 0.1.0 (`docusystem init --from-readme`): the Markdown lives in docs/, the site's identity in docs-site/docusystem.config.json, and two small workflows call the shared ones pinned to the v0.1.0 commit. Nothing publishes until DOCS_SITE_ENABLED is set. The domain is the planned name of the Ironclad Coffee rename (esign_webforms). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What this adds
The documentation site for eSign, built with
@avunu/docusystem0.1.0 and published, once enabled, at https://esign-webforms.avunu.net.Note
The domain is the planned name, not today's. A planned rename changes this app to
esign_webforms. The address isesign-webforms.avunu.netfrom the start so that the rename does not mean retiring a site and its DNS record; the rename PR only changesname,repoandslugindocs-site/docusystem.config.json.docs/README.md: the home page, started from the README bydocusystem init --from-readme(the README itself is untouched). Add pages next to it; the navigation follows the folders.docs-site/:docusystem.config.json(name, tagline, slugesign, platformfrappe,MIT, domain),package.json(one dependency) andpackage-lock.json. No components, layouts, fonts or scripts live here: the package supplies them..github/workflows/docs.ymlchecks the site on pull requests that touch the docs;docs-publish.ymlbuilds on the default branch and publishes once the site is enabled. Both call the shared workflows of Avunu/docusystem, pinned to the commit ofv0.1.0..github/dependabot.yml: annpmentry fordocs-site/, and thegithub-actionsentry (which also moves the workflow pin).Nothing is published by merging this
Both workflows build and check the site, and publish only when the repository variable
DOCS_SITE_ENABLEDistrue. It is not set. Untilhttps://avunu.net/projects.jsonis live (the Projects menu fetches it), the site stays dark. GitHub Pages and the custom domain are set up separately by the maintainer.Verified
npm run checkindocs-site/: 3 pages built, 84 references checked, contrast gate clean.docusystem doctor: no errors.Decision to confirm
None required. To change the address before it is published, edit
