Purpose

This PR adds support for searching across multiple PostgreSQL tables with embedding columns, routing queries to the appropriate table based on the search context. It enables more flexible search across related domain entities.

Does this introduce a breaking change?

When developers merge from main and run the server, azd up, or azd deploy, will this produce an error?
