Remove the Work IQ prefix from the display titles of the eight A365 MCP entries that use it: Calendar, Copilot, Mail, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, User, and Word.
Dataverse already uses Microsoft Dataverse and remains unchanged. This is a title-only change; descriptions, documentation titles and links, identifiers, endpoints, authentication, and the standalone WorkIQ MCP entry remain unchanged.
