⬆️ allow google/recaptcha 2.x

Hey there, I maintain the google/recaptcha package. I've recently released 2.1.0 and it looks like a pretty light update for you to support the 2.x branch alongside 1.x.

This updates composer.json to allow google/recaptcha ^1.3 || ^2.0 so users on PHP 8.4+ can install 2.x while keeping ^1.3 for PHP 8.2 and 8.3.

• SymfonyClientRequestMethod::submit(RequestParameters $params): string and RecaptchaVerifier already work out of the box with 2.x strict types and readonly class Response - no code changes needed.
• I also noticed you have "conflict": { "google/recaptcha": "1.5.0" } in composer.json from the short-lived 1.5.0 tag, so widening the require constraint to ^1.3 || ^2.0 works cleanly alongside that.
• Tested locally with composer update and vendor/bin/phpunit against google/recaptcha 2.1.0 on PHP 8.4 (27/27 tests passing).
