Why

The v1.0.0 release workflow built successfully but failed while publishing: the single-file win-x64 publish profile adds runtime-specific restore inputs and an SDK-provided ILLink dependency that are not part of the regular solution build's lock-file graph.

Changes

Keep locked restore for the regular CI and release build, but allow the publish-profile restore to resolve its additional runtime and bundling dependencies.

Validation

  • The Release/x64 solution build with locked restore succeeded locally.
  • The release publish command completed locally using the publish profile.
  • git diff --check passed.
