Dashboard: restore Ashevillagers link now that the site is live - #57

Ashevillagers launched at ashevillagers.blueridgeruby.com, so flip the
disabled "Coming soon" card back into a working external link. Keeps the
refreshed singular-persona copy ("Get your Ashevillager" / "Make your
Ashevillager and join the locals you might run into around town") that
was introduced alongside the takedown.
