When bfg is enabled, the upload endpoint format changes. This breaks uploads due to the new upload endpoint containing multiple / characters.

…point

The Amazon S3 chunk upload declared @post("/"), which Retrofit resolves as
an absolute path and therefore discards the path component of the base URL
returned by getClosestS3Endpoint(). When that endpoint is served behind a
path (e.g. .../api/1/boss/v4upload/), chunks were posted to the host root
instead, resulting in a 413 Request Entity Too Large from the proxy.

Use @post(".") so the request resolves against the full base URL, preserving
its path. Bucket-root S3 endpoints (path "/") resolve identically, so this is
backwards compatible.

Also pin the S3 upload client to HTTP/1.1 to avoid the intermittent
StreamResetException (NO_ERROR) seen with S3 over HTTP/2 on multipart part
uploads.
