Redirect removed domain transfer article to transfer-away article - #529

PR #527 removed the Byte Service Panel domain transfer article. Rather than restoring it as a separate Control Panel article, redirect its old URL to the existing 'how to transfer your domain away from Hypernode' article, which covers the same procedure. Also keep the previously published how-to-transfer-your-domain-name-to-another-provider URL redirecting here.
