State-of-Polarization (SoP) sensing

A set of flexible scripts for inspecting recorded SoP sensing data from raw time series and derived metrics through to spectral and seismic-style analyses, supporting both interactive viewing and batch publication-quality figure generation.

Time-domain plots

./plot-timedomain.py --help
usage: plot-polarilog-data [-h] -i I [-r R] [-f F] [-clip CLIP] [-s] [-d] [-df DF] [-tz TZ] [-t T] [-xlab XLAB] [-ylab YLAB] [-m {angle,distance,angular_velocity}] [-step STEP]

Plot recorded data from Polarilog saved as compressed Numpy arrays (npz/hdf5).

Spectrogram plots
