Check whether I/O from hazard base work for test datasets #1125

Using the test datasets, see whether the existing I/O methods from the base hazard class work. Write down what does not work, and what needs to be adapted. Check whether this requires an overwrite of the hazard base class I/O or not.

• mapping of netcdf data variable to correct hazard attribute (intensity, fraction, ...)
• mapping of netcdf coordinates to correct attributes
