bsv-stack-lean #59 and the alignment line (docs/p0/align-cli-072.md): bsv-wallet-toolbox-rs 0.7.0 to 0.7.3 and bsv-rs 0.4.1 to 0.4.3 together, one bsv-rs in the graph (cargo tree -i bsv-rs). A transaction with no output is refused at its byte offset by the reader every CLI door calls (ensure_atomic, the toolbox's refuse_invalid_beef_bytes): the witness is red on 0.7.1's lock and green here. No CLI match on bsv-rs Kind or Reason broke; no fixture lacked an output. What the toolbox 0.7.1 to 0.7.3 brings to the daemon is in the CHANGELOG (trustSelf honoured, the plain BEEF to ARC and a 400 as a request fault, no retire on transient words or by age). 339 tests, fmt, clippy, both release builds, the vector jobs and the dry run green on the lane's host and verified by the captain. The yanked fastrand 2.4.0 and spin 0.9.8 in the lock are unchanged here and move in the next bump.
