The README is rewritten for the 0.7.4 line (toolbox 0.7.5, bsv-rs 0.4.5): the unpinned git installation, the overbroad compatibility and security promises, the deployment hosts and the stale test counts are gone; the page now states the registry install into an explicit tool directory, the exact pins and what the committed lock resolves (tracker 0.2.0; 0.2.1 is compatible but not this lock's), the respend refusal boundaries, the server bind guard and the gate. Every version it names was read from the sparse index (unyanked) and every local link was checked to exist. Documentation only: no code, manifest, lock or pin changes. The hosted checks on this PR head are its gate.
