test(smoke): expect DEMO_MODE_UNSUPPORTED from demo-guarded routes - #1552

#1526 added the demo guard, which returns DEMO_MODE_UNSUPPORTED (503) for routes that need a database. Update the Vercel bundle smoke check to match. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
