Add E2E tests for course progress endpoint #626
Description
What
The course progress endpoint (GET /api/v1/users/me/courses/:courseId/progress) has no E2E test coverage.
Why
Course progress is a user-facing feature. The full request/response cycle should be tested.
Scope
In scope:
- E2E tests for course progress endpoint
- Tests for different progress states
- Tests for module completion tracking
Out of scope:
- Unit tests
Acceptance Criteria
- E2E test file at
tests/e2e/course-progress.test.ts - Tests cover progress endpoint
- Tests cover different progress states
- All tests pass
