Summary

This PR strengthens the progress-tracker delegation regression coverage by verifying that a delegate loses all progress-authority capabilities immediately after the learner revokes delegation.

Issue #589: Delegation authorization coverage

• Added a regression test covering retake_quiz_for after delegation is revoked.
• The test creates a learner and delegate, records an initial quiz score, grants delegation, revokes it, and then attempts an improved score through the former delegate.
• The call is asserted to fail, confirming that revocation is enforced by the shared learner-or-delegate authorization guard rather than only by the other progress entry points.
• The test keeps the learner's existing progress valid before exercising the authorization failure, so the failure is specifically caused by the revoked caller.
