Change and mathematical scope

This adds a separately written, source-bound audit of the 423 declared transport/helper-boundary pairs in upstream PR4470 at b9a13c1673e0e9697de410de16e8bbf3207a7363. It compares every entry of each 512 by 512 lowered matrix with the literal Gaussian-dyadic reference operator in both orientations, including absolute phase. NumPy stores exact int64 numerators; explicit powers-of-two denominators and an arithmetic safety cap replace floating-point tolerances. No predecessor compiler or evaluator is imported.

The complete hosted scientific replay now passes. Both workflows are green at publication head af86fb28f4fe039d4bb8419850af99a6fc474587. The registered replay authenticates and freshly executes the unchanged scientific engine, then compares every field with the committed hosted receipt. The result covers 433,152 basis columns and 221,773,824 complex matrix entries.

No new kappa, selected-frontier change, complete supplier admission, or independent human/formal acceptance is claimed. Completeness of the declared pair list, the chronological 632-input endpoint, the actual p16 query/owner protocol, physical costs, precision/storage, and the outer theorem remain separate obligations.

The workflow repair also resolves four stale selected-frontier navigation assertions and the affected historical source-role mismatches. It reuses zxv's exact PR4436 documentation corrections. PR3563's unchanged historical verifier and receipt are replayed against their authenticated original source snapshot rather than falsely applying the old selected-record relationship to PR4359. The locale checker remains a live test of today's document and test module. The D8 package's self-contained scientific verifier remains unchanged; its four historical guidance/selection hashes are retained as provenance. All original invalidation paths and scientific rejection controls remain in place. See the CI repair note and D8 source-role explanation.

Task and overlap

The scientific and fork base remains 2a13eb1827784206202db90e5dc8327cf8a250db, priority revision 7. Canonical main was refreshed to f9f85c1e4fa1e955ff39f10fca447e3e2a4e4adc during this repair and remained unchanged at the final check. No wholesale archive migration or selected-record change is included.

The user-assigned PR4470 native audit refines independent-moment to physical normal forms rather than repeating invoice arithmetic. TASK.json preserves the full original catalogue card. Sources are exported unchanged from exact PR4470 head b9a13c1673e0e9697de410de16e8bbf3207a7363; the missing-span predecessor is PR4447 at 322e0ec764aa7ef7801383feb1f656e460dd8bed. The four consumed exports are pinned to this fork's ancestor commit f4657a0ad4c11a56646c8c6c422f09335b0c73ba, so publication does not require an unmerged foreign commit to be in the runner's object cache.

PR4478's current package already covers arithmetic, compiler parameters, and the outer rows. PR4457 supplies an earlier operator audit, not this changed 423-pair set. PR4464/4466 cover stage-zero commutation and translations. PR4504 independently checks chronological frames and local billing, leaving the physical operators separate. PR4483 advances the separate compiler route. Overlap coverage was targeted live PR/body and package reading, not exhaustive Discussion pagination or a proof of novelty.

This remains a PR within Clear1nsight's fork. No upstream PR, merge, or selected-frontier promotion has been created. The next research programme is recorded in the four-agent planning comment; those proposed agents have not been launched.

Validation

Final head af86fb28f4fe039d4bb8419850af99a6fc474587 has:

The committed RESULT.json is the byte-exact receipt downloaded from the first successful complete replay, run 39712725621, at original head f4657a0ad4c11a56646c8c6c422f09335b0c73ba. Its SHA256 is 53bdd869ebeee0980b139e422043922c87585bef90c2989969532ccb7b289a00. The final registered run reproduces every scientific and scope field. The published scientific verifier remains Git blob 1c9a9d6410e29b7c201547be9f0bef8685c4571b, and all four immutable source exports are unchanged.

Scientific controls include 196 positive checks, seven rejecting controls, a two-column tensor-phase check, and an actual-source phase mutation that preserves rank but fails operator equality. Five new receipt-wrapper tests reject changed scientific/scope fields, missing/extra fields, numeric-type substitutions, corrupt receipts, and changed engine bytes. Six historical-adapter tests cover exact retrieval, live-edit isolation, bad hashes/blob IDs, missing history, Git replacements, unsafe paths, and the original-manifest guard. The five wrapper tests run in normal and optimised modes in the registered workflow.

Use Python 3.12 with numpy==2.2.6:

python -m pip install numpy==2.2.6
python -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/pr4470-exact-transport-audit --check-only
python -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/pr4470-exact-transport-audit
python -I -B research/pr4470-exact-transport-audit/replay.py

The last command supports a Git-free scientific export. Standard package metadata/source authentication and the affected hosted replays passed. The optional full-history publication preflight and a complete selected-frontier cold replay were not run in this repair session. No Lean, Docker, independent human review, or complete physical/analytic theorem audit is claimed.

Cinna Davis / 1337isnot1337 owns PR4470's construction. Retain zxv's receiver-sharing, native/controller/compiler work and exact PR4436 navigation repair; Jacob Alan Sussman's mixed-target recursion; David Ganz, Rohan Arun, Marius-Paul Dumitrean, Erwan Secousses, and the full inherited scalar, Clifford, geometry, BIT, precision, and outer lineage. Mark / Matarener's PR4457 is methodological precedent; Mihir Srivastava's PR4504 and Ryanson Jonathan's PR4478 provide complementary coverage. See vendor/NOTICE.md.

The CI adapters retain James Reed's PR3563 finding, the locale package's original checks, the D8 package's authorship and source hashes, and the shared checker contributors. Prepared for Chris / Clear1nsight with substantial OpenAI assistance, Apache-2.0. Separately implemented AI-assisted checking does not mean independent human verification.

Open next questions

The smallest useful follow-up is a source-bound coverage join between PR4504's independently reconstructed chronological obligations and this PR's exact physical recipes. Canonicalise subspaces and orientations; build the required set from events rather than from the list under audit; reject an omitted pair, wrong phase/orientation, and duplicate productive ownership. Retained warp and owned-centre obligations must be classified separately.

Then audit the complete 632-input native invocation and actual p16 copied-query/owner/erasure protocol. These are not closed by the pairwise matrices or a formal controller diagonalisation. TASK.json records the relevance, first step, and blockers. The proposed primary construction, ceiling, native-verification, and compiler-verification assignments are linked above and remain unclaimed.

Workflow feedback (optional)

The original shared plan failure was unrelated to the mathematical audit, but correcting the navigation exposed historical packages that had labelled changing guidance as immutable live scientific inputs. The repair separates historical provenance, frozen replay inputs, and live regression inputs without replacing old hashes or suppressing tests. Future packages should state these roles at creation to keep frontier updates from invalidating unrelated finite research.

Retain four unchanged source exports and a bounded focused replay. No new kappa; full-source validation pending the first fork CI run. Prepared for Chris / Clear1nsight with substantial OpenAI assistance.
Reuse zxv PR4436 documentation corrections. Replay PR3563 on its authenticated original snapshot, retain live locale/navigation regression coverage, and add six adapter controls. Preserve all scientific verifiers, receipts, source hashes and selected records. Prepared for Clear1nsight with substantial OpenAI assistance.
Add the required task/source/replay metadata, strict fresh-receipt comparison and five rejection tests. Preserve the scientific engine and four source exports byte-for-byte. Document actual hosted evidence and remaining native/caller obligations. No new kappa or upstream PR.
The selected replay exposed pre-existing autoresearch.md drift. The unchanged D8 verifier has no file reads and constructs its finite alphabet internally. Preserve every source hash and base, all invalidation paths, the live lower-bound input and every scientific control; correct only the four guidance/selection source roles. Document the boundary explicitly.

Proposed next contribution programme

Planning checkpoint is canonical main f9f85c1e4fa1e955ff39f10fca447e3e2a4e4adc, priority revision 7, refreshed on 22 October 2026. This is a proposed division of work, not a claim that four agents have run or a reservation of their tasks. Each agent must check live Discussions and PR overlap before taking its bounded question. Publish future contribution PRs in Clear1nsight/integer-mult-bounds only, leaving upstream submission to Chris.

Change and mathematical scope

The primary objective is a changed, fully charged native word, combining the design principle behind zxv's PR4085 with PR4359's productive-helper accounting. Do not repeat the already-used receiver-sharing occurrence or optimise another digit of the old invoice. PR4085's dirty receiver identity changed the paid profile by {1:-1, 2:-1, 3:+1} despite using an additional scalar operation. The useful criterion is the complete recursive moment, not scalar count alone.

Use PR4470 at b9a13c1673e0e9697de410de16e8bbf3207a7363 as the construction comparison. Its declared conditional kappa is 0.00302015 and its fixed invoice root is enclosed in (0.0030201659770, 0.0030201659771). A meaningful exponent advance therefore needs a different paid/productive profile.

The earlier idea merely to port PR4480 to p16 has been overtaken by zxv's PR4483, head fb0c208864e6b24e3473318a058aa5b2dbd5764b. It already supplies a direct compiler on that profile with sufficient rank 2^2800000000, at the same uniform saving and outer point as PR4479. PR4470 and PR4483 are retained in main, but the selected record still gives conditional kappa 0.0023 from PR4359. Archive incorporation is not selection or a complete independent proof audit.

Agent A: primary construction

Question. Can a new receiver-sharing scalar word remove paid transitions in an actual PR4470 B-phase or cleanup window without losing productive output or repaying the gain through restoration?

Start with one source-indexed three-field window, unit-coefficient shears and at most four replacement scalar operations. Initially retain the logical input/output map, warp events, helper endpoints and owned-centre contract. Use the old PR4085 identity as a calibration fixture, not a new contribution. Expand to at most twelve windows only after the first complete cost screen is favourable and overlap has been checked.

Deliverable. One legal chronological patch in both orientations, exact changed paid and productive histograms, and a scoped positive or negative decision. Charge normalisers, routes, scratch restoration, copied queries and any lost helper credit. A positive local moment is not yet a multiplication exponent. Stop if only scalar allowance improves, restoration cancels the gain, or the independently certified optimistic ceiling cannot beat the target.

Agent B: ceilings and headroom

Question. What is the best optimistic moment allowed by A's explicitly finite rewrite alphabet and boundary contract?

Agree on the candidate schema, source event indices and legal frame set, but implement the relaxation or exact finite-domain checker independently. Account for coupled windows and shared resources; do not add overlapping local gains. Produce an exact bound or rational certificate with discriminating controls and clearly enumerated exclusions. A root enclosure for one invoice, a ceiling for a finite alphabet, and a universal barrier are different statements. In particular, PR4091's old fixed-inventory ceiling does not automatically constrain productive-helper recursion.

Deliverable. A reproducible ceiling/headroom certificate, a scoped obstruction, or a counterexample to the proposed relaxation. This runs alongside A and decides whether expansion is worthwhile, rather than retrospectively decorating a winning candidate.

Agent C: native and caller verification

Question. Do the independently reconstructed chronological obligations actually exhaust the physical operators checked by this PR?

Begin on the unchanged baseline. Join PR4504's chronological demands to this PR's 423 exact transport/helper records using canonical subspaces and orientation, not raw frame IDs. Build the required set from events, not from the list being audited. Reject omitted coverage, wrong orientation, changed absolute phase and duplicate productive ownership. Report excess records separately, and classify retained warp/centre obligations explicitly.

Deliverable. First, a source-bound coverage join. Then audit one complete native invocation on all 632 arbitrary persistent inputs and its owned centre, with the lifting hypotheses stated. The p16 copied-query, owner and erasure protocol remains a separate caller obligation. Finite tensor tests do not establish a universal all-column theorem. After A freezes a candidate, check its actual changed obligations rather than trusting A's evaluator.

Agent D: independent compiler proof audit

Question. Does one quantified step of PR4483's arbitrary-height convergence proof hold throughout its claimed domain?

Choose exactly one lemma, such as the leaf-exit/Chernoff bound, mirror-window cancellation, or the concavity and funded base range in the shifted logarithmic majorant. Independently derive the statement and reconstruct its exact inputs. Use finite flow fixtures as controls, not as a replacement for the all-height argument. Do not import the author's acceptance function and call it independent verification.

Deliverable. A scoped proof audit, corrected hypothesis or counterexample, with a separate exact checker where appropriate. Compare sufficient ranks only at the same uniform saving and outer parameter point. Rank bounds are not least-rank, productive-width, practical runtime or eventual multiplication-input-threshold claims.

Task, validation and handoff protocol

Each agent reads current AGENTS.md, autoresearch.md and CONTRIBUTING.md, checks central handoffs and live overlap, and uses an isolated branch/worktree. Refresh canonical main at every new round, before a major pivot and before submission. Preserve the original card and frozen scientific inputs. Use a bounded session with the final quarter reserved for checks and handoff.

Share exact input data and claims, not a common acceptance implementation. A and B share a model contract; C and D retain independent checking paths. Keep supplier construction, finite arithmetic, compiler proof, native admission, and the retained analytic/tape/precision premises separate. Two rounds without a paid-profile step should trigger a changed model or a useful negative handoff, not a seed shuffle.

Use README.md, TASK.json, SOURCES.json, VERIFY.json and a meaningful executable check, together with the repository PR template. Every completed scope must have a public artifact, exact commit, reproduction evidence, remaining obligations and predecessor credit. No merge, closure of others' work or selected-frontier change is authorised by this plan.

Prepared for Chris / Clear1nsight with substantial OpenAI assistance. The four assignments are unclaimed and not launched.

HANDOFF: exact physical recipes checked; chronological coverage and caller remain open

Status / UTC update / priority revision. The scoped 423-pair audit is complete and the workflow repairs are verified at af86fb28f4fe039d4bb8419850af99a6fc474587, checked on 22 October 2026 after the final registered run completed at 03:41:38 UTC. Priority revision 7. This is separately implemented AI-assisted checking, not independent human or proof-kernel acceptance.

Concrete question. Do the independently reconstructed chronological transitions and productive helper endpoints all have the source-bound physical operators checked by this package?

Established result. Every listed 512 by 512 operator matches exactly in both orientations, including rank and absolute phase. The complete pair-list coverage, native endpoint and physical caller have not been established by this audit.

Public artifact. Fork PR14, exact publication commit. The next task is unclaimed; no active reservation or agent execution is implied.

Exact sources and evidence

The frozen scientific base is 2a13eb1827784206202db90e5dc8327cf8a250db. The audited PR4470 head is b9a13c1673e0e9697de410de16e8bbf3207a7363. The four source exports, scientific engine and first hosted receipt remain unchanged. Current canonical main was refreshed to f9f85c1e4fa1e955ff39f10fca447e3e2a4e4adc; the selected result remains conditional kappa 0.0023.

The receipt records 423 pairs, two orientations, 433,152 basis columns and 221,773,824 complex matrix entries. It includes 196 positive self-checks, seven rejection controls, a tensor-phase control and an actual-source phase-only mutation that preserves the rank but fails equality. The registered wrapper independently protects and compares every receipt field.

Final-head registered-package run 39717542509 and dedicated transport run 39717543211 both pass. Onboarding/planning and all five selected packages pass, including the historical snapshot, live locale tests and unchanged D8/k8 scientific checks. The workflow repair did not replace historical hashes, alter the selected record or suppress scientific failures.

With Python 3.12 and numpy==2.2.6, reproduce the bounded audit with:

python -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/pr4470-exact-transport-audit

The registered scientific command is capped at 600 seconds. No full selected-frontier cold replay or optional source-history preflight was run in this repair session.

Smallest useful next contribution

Join PR4504's independently reconstructed demand stream to this package's exact operator records. Canonicalise subspaces and preserve orientation. Derive the required records from the chronological events, not from the 423-entry list under test. Prove that every required transport and productive helper boundary is covered; report extra records separately. Keep retained warp and owned-centre obligations distinct.

Success is an independently implemented, source-bound coverage receipt with missing-record, wrong-orientation, phase and ownership failure controls. Stop at that implication if the complete native endpoint does not fit the session budget. The next separate task is the full 632-arbitrary-input native invocation with owned-centre restoration, followed by the actual p16 copied-query/owner/erasure caller. Formal Laurent diagonalisation alone does not discharge those physical obligations.

PR4478 already covers the printed arithmetic, compiler parameters and outer rows; do not repeat them as the missing native audit. PR4504 already covers chronological frame legality and local billing; reuse its exact scope and credit rather than rediscovering the census.

Further construction programme and credit

The four-agent plan separates primary receiver-sharing construction, finite-domain ceilings, native verification and PR4483 compiler-proof verification. It is a proposed programme, not launched work. All future agents must refresh upstream and check central handoffs before claiming a task. Fork PRs remain the publication destination; no upstream PR, merge or frontier update has been created.

Credit Cinna Davis's PR4470, zxv's receiver/native/controller/compiler lineage and reused documentation repair, Jacob Alan Sussman's mixed-target flow, Mihir Srivastava's chronological audit, Mark/Matarener, Ryanson Jonathan, and the retained geometry/Clifford/BIT/precision/outer notices. The historical CI repair preserves James Reed's and the locale/D8 checker contributors' work. Prepared for Chris / Clear1nsight with substantial OpenAI assistance, Apache-2.0.

This handoff is publicly posted on the fork PR. It has not been cross-posted to central Discussion CrocSwap#1166 because the available connector exposes PR-comment writes but no Discussion-comment action.
