/reload-pluginsdoes not rerun the SessionStart hook, so a session running before install or update keeps its old pointer until it is resumed. Observed 2026-09-30 after switching marketplaces: reloaded sessions kept pointers into the old plugin data directory; resumed ones got new ones.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
