The first item of the after-0.9 plan: the public site, the docs' look, and the README.

The landing — "Flight Deck"

  • A hero that is an OpenCode window playing one session: a background test run that fails, tells the agent, and passes after the fix; subagents in parallel; the PR landing in Trail; the context filling.
  • A section per bay — Trail (told in four steps), Shell, Subagents, Review, Status, Trust, Updater — then /cockpit-setup and install.
  • Every terminal row is the bay's own core/view code, bundled per bay by site/scripts/engine.ts and fetched as its section nears the screen. Review, Status and Trust play the way the bays behave: a note typed, handed over and resolved (checked against the changed line); one live context crossing the gauge's steps; Trust's real engine learning bun test and then answering it.
  • The install commands come from the package version, for OpenCode 1 and OpenCode 2 (opencode service restart included).
  • Windows start mid-action, hold on hover, settle to one frame under reduced motion; no sideways scroll at 390px.

The docs

  • Restyled to match, in light and dark (Geist now loads; AA contrast throughout). Structure and URLs unchanged.
  • <Live scene="…" /> puts the same windows in any docs page. Your first session opens with /cockpit-setup — the agent asks, writes the file, and the sidebar the bays draw rearranges.
  • The five recordings and four screenshots in the docs are now live windows. The site carries no recordings: Cast, asciinema-player and the media/casts sync are gone.

The README

  • 609 → about 100 lines, visitor-first: the pitch, install for both OpenCodes, a row per bay, /cockpit-setup, doctor, links. The reference lives in the docs (nothing lost — four Shell facts only the README had moved into the Shell pages).
  • media/hero.gif — the hero window through one loop, 318 KB, written from the built site by bun run hero. The npm README shows it too.

Also

  • Shell: the sidebar block is a pure builder (sidebarBlock) the preview CLI and the site share, with tests; the sample dev server's clock no longer runs backwards.

Not in this PR

The domain move, removing the now-unused media/ GIFs and tapes/ casts, and the scripts audit — the rest of the after-0.9 plan.

Checked

bun run lint, bun run typecheck, Shell's tests (187), site build (31 pages); landing and docs screenshotted at 1440px and 390px, light and dark, with no page errors.

…hare, and the sample clock runs forward

sidebarBlock() in tui/lib/sidebar.ts draws the Shells block as rows of tones (watchTone beside
kindTone); the preview CLI's private copy is gone. The sample dev server's log said 12:04:19 then
12:04:10: its clock now counts on, one second a line.

The hero is an OpenCode window playing a scripted session — a background test run that fails and
passes, subagents, Trail recording the PR — then a section per bay, Trail told as four steps with its
real recording one click away, /cockpit-setup, and install. Every terminal row is the bay's own
core/view code, bundled per bay by scripts/engine.ts and fetched as its section nears the screen.
The install commands come from the package version, for OpenCode 1 and 2.

One line, the Trail recording, install for both OpenCodes, a row per bay, /cockpit-setup, doctor,
links. Everything the long README held is on the docs site; the four Shell facts only it had —
the exit message, folded repeats, the state labels, PTY and restarts — are now in the Shell pages.

Geist and Geist Mono (they were never loading), square corners, mono eyebrows for sidebar groups,
the current page marked with an accent rule, terminal code blocks in both themes, and contrast that
clears AA everywhere. Structure and URLs are unchanged.

…he recording goes

Review walks a turn — a file viewed, a note typed on a line, handed over, resolved by the agent and
checked against the changed line — then a screenshot diff. Status is one live context filling
through the gauge's steps. Trust runs its own engine: bun test asks, you allow it three times, the
fourth Trust answers, and ctrl+x p says so. Windows start mid-action, hold while hovered, settle to
one frame under reduced motion, and keep the chat on a phone. The Trail recording toggle is gone;
the hero says what the windows are instead.

… and → moves between shells

The dev server keeps printing, the test run scrolls its passing files into the failure, the build
prints and finishes; a shell is running until its output is all there, and the key that moved to the
next one shows for a moment.

…first session

<Live scene="…" /> plays the landing's players in any docs page (src/scripts/live.ts, shared). Your
first session opens with /cockpit-setup: the agent asks, writes the file, and the sidebar the bays
draw rearranges. The five casts and four screenshots in the docs are now windows — the console and
its search, Review, Status, Trust and its ledger, /trail across every conversation, /plugins-update.
The site carries no recordings: Cast, asciinema-player and the media/casts sync are gone.

…'s loop starts clean

media/hero.gif is the landing's hero window through one loop, written by `bun run hero` from the
built site (screenshots of the window from the hero's own second zero, so it wraps without a seam;
318 KB). The README and the npm README show it. Fixed on the way: a new loop replayed every beat of
the last at once, and the context bar slid back from the end instead of starting at the start.
