The cleanup half of the after-0.9 plan.

  • Recordings gone. tapes/ (2.7 MB, eight casts and their drivers) and record, frame, tighten, trim — nothing plays them since the site draws the bays live. capture.ts stays: the Status design skills use it to check the escape codes OpenCode really writes. The site workflow now rebuilds on packages/** instead of tapes/**.
  • A GIF per bay. bun run gifs (site/scripts/gifs.ts) writes media/hero.gif and media/<bay>.gif from each window on the built site — one seamless loop, captured at 2×, 256 colours — and every bay's README shows its own. Unused screenshots and recording GIFs are deleted; dock.gif and statusline.png stay until the next release, because the 0.9 READMEs on npm still show them. Tracked media + recordings: ~7.7 MB → 5.0 MB.
  • Scripts audited. All 13 remaining scripts are run by something; scripts/README.md says what each is for and what runs it.

No history rewrite.

…cording scripts have no reader

tapes/ (eight casts and their drivers, 2.7 MB) and record, frame, tighten and trim served the casts
the site and READMEs used to play. Nothing plays them now. capture.ts stays: it is the escape-code
check the Status design skills use. The site workflow rebuilds on packages/** instead of tapes/**,
since the site draws with the packages' own renderers.

…ry package README

`bun run gifs` (site/scripts/gifs.ts, was hero.ts) writes media/hero.gif and media/<bay>.gif — one
loop of each window, captured at 2×, 256 colours — and every bay's README shows its own. The unused
screenshots and casts' GIFs are gone; dock.gif and statusline.png stay until the next release,
because the 0.9 READMEs on npm still show them.

The audit from the after-0.9 plan, kept: all thirteen are run by something — a package.json
script, CI, the release workflow, bunfig.toml, CONTRIBUTING or a bay's measurement.
