Adds a Commercial licensing section to the MiniMax H3 tutorial with the public rate card: Professional at $5,000 per month and Enterprise from $240,000 per year on an annual agreement, plus the terms each tier carries (users, domains, model versions, commercial rights, fine-tuning, client work). The top-of-page license Note now links down to it.
Prices match the rate card on comfy.org/minimax/license and /cloud/pricing in Comfy-Org/ComfyUI_frontend#16170. Per-video-second rates, bundle volumes, and overage mechanics deliberately stay off the page.
English only; ja/zh/ko follow through the translation pipeline.
