Removes tenant

The ApplicationSet removes the Applications (nc-stichtsevecht-prod,stichtsevecht-prod-reactfront), butpreserveResourcesOnDeletion: truekeeps the resources: the namespace, its PVCs and secrets, and the frontend Deployment with its Ingress — which keeps serving traffic until someone removes it.scripts/cleanup-tenant.sh --tenant stichtsevecht-prod(openwoo-app-config) — plan first, then--execute. Run it only after this PR is merged. DNS needs no action: external-dns drops the Cloudflare record once the Ingress is gone.
