Linear moved personal API keys out of the standalone API settings page and under Security & access, and the key dialog is now a two-click New API key -> Create flow. Co-authored-by: c1-squire-dev[bot] <c1-squire-dev[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>

The Generate a new Linear API key steps on
/baton/linearno longer match Linear's UI.Click **API**with the Quick search route to that page.Steps 1 and 4 were already accurate and are unchanged.
