Add Support for Human-Readable JSON Export and Import #371

Currently, the Concore Editor primarily uses .graphml for saving and loading workflows.
GraphML is great for machine interoperability, it is a complex XML format that is difficult for humans to read, manually edit, or quickly inspect and Also, there is no way to export just the workflow structure without internal metadata like undo/redo history.
