The problem
The README showed OpenDuet in one long demo and nowhere else. A reader could not see what setting it up looks like, could not glance at its main screens without playing a video, and had to infer from a badge and a few links that most of what runs underneath is OpenBot.
The approach
Three additions, and one wording change.
Onboarding. A 13 s clip, real capture from a fresh database at step 1: Welcome, the computer slide, the Bot roster, then the setup checklist with Intelligence and the model Ready. It is placed under the demo in the same centred, captionless treatment. The steps between the roster and the checklist are cut, not sped up.
Five screens. Chat with the morning brief, Tasks, Make, the side panel with channels, and an Up next suggestion part way through a swipe right to Start, in the demo's phone frame on its background, as one image after What it does. Everything in them is real: the brief, tasks, pages and suggestions come from a real model turn and a real research run on the fake Google mailbox.
Built on OpenBot. A short section before How it works, with OpenBot's own published image from copilotkit.ai/openbot, saying what OpenBot provides and what OpenDuet adds, with links to the repository and the page.
Mobile. The line under the title now reads: on the web, on mobile, in Slack, or in Microsoft Teams.
What is not covered
Verification
Recorded on main ed001ec, with #80. Two images are added under docs/images (the screens, 0.9 MB, and OpenBot's preview image). The only other change is README.md.
