Add Tanix X4 device tree source.
I've tested on Tanix X4 4G ram with 100M eth device and it works well.

Wrong place! Fix it in coreelec_sc2_common.dtsi directly with seperate commit.

I dumped from a running android system and image file.
dtb_dts.tar.gz

  • running.dts is dumped from a running android system.
  • dtb1~6 is dumped from the image file by binwalk and dd cli.
  • dts1~ 6 is decompiled device tree source from dtb1~6.
