docs: document the license endpoints in 26.01 and 24.05 - #31

Copy the 25.03 License History, MAU Metrics, Data Point Metrics and Upload License pages to 26.01 and 24.05. The handlers and helpers are the same in all three versions; the 26.01 upload page drops the file-deletion line because 26.01 cleans uploads in a shared helper. Link the pages from both overviews, reword the misleading "no public API endpoints" note in all three versions, and stop ignoring /i/license/upload in the drift check. What this PR does
Documents the license endpoints in all three API reference versions. Before this change, only 25.03 had pages for them.
