+# One dual-guided chronological repair
+
+A rational all-configuration bound for the predecessor's actual windows identified a demand-price jump at times11/12. The proposal swaps just those adjacent calls, preserving per-replica stage order. This differs from the previously tested diagonal-restoration proposal and changes actual source windows.

+Before integer repair, per-call width/family capacity gates passed and a chronological LP indicated favorable headroom under the complete local and idle bill. One twelve-group integer repair was capped at60seconds and completed in approximately0.64seconds. The groups in predecessor indexing were1,2,3,4,26,27,28,40,41,56,57,66; other semantic flows were held fixed during discovery. The exact candidate yields -3H1+H3.

+Floating optimization is only discovery. Exact certificate reconstruction, both native owner audits, two rational price engines and complete finite admission establish the result. No global or chronological optimum is claimed. Search stopped once the candidate was frozen. A future experiment must name a distinct changed source-window boundary or interface and price the complete bill first.
