# One two-swap early-boundary repair

On the PR3485 chronology, a rational source-window dual identifies an early demand-price jump at time7. The single proposed perturbation moves call(3,0) ahead of calls(1,2),(2,1), by swaps8/9 then7/8. This is distinct from canonical diagonal restoration, the failed late59swap and the failed fixed-window group66pattern repair.

Actual per-call source capacity gates passed. A chronological LP showed favorable complete moment headroom before integer search. Exactly one twelve-group repair was capped at60seconds and completed in approximately0.61seconds. Groups1,2,3,26,40,65,0,4,25,27,41,56 in predecessor indexing were allowed to change; remaining semantic flows were fixed during discovery. The exact retained gain is -21H1+H3-2H7+H32.

Floating optimization only nominates a candidate. Exact reconstruction, both native owner interfaces, two rational pricing engines and full modern finite admission validate it. No packing or chronology optimum is claimed. Search stopped after freezing this candidate; further work must identify a distinct source-window boundary or changed interface and first price its full cost.
