+# Credits and provenance
+
+Ross Richardson’s PR3605 supplies the staged-width operators, T37 lineage and integral-network allocation machinery. Our published T450 contribution PR3624 is the comparison baseline; its T8 chronology is not reused by this candidate.
+
+The retained T16 chronology originates in PR3413 and is preserved in our PR3457/3465 provider-composition lineage. T16-PROVENANCE.json pins the actual PLAN and reconstruction source. This contribution supplies the combined chronology and newly solved allocation; it does not claim the constituent chronologies or count their prior gains twice.
+
+Retained machinery preserves its upstream contributor notices and exact sources, including the earlier rank-seven compiler/controller and conditional-release chain. Private optimizer tools are excluded. New material is Apache-2.0, prepared for hexapode with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. No independent human or formal-kernel acceptance is claimed.

+# T530 construction argument and completed conditional admission
+
+The two staged-width suppliers and their source-bound native programs are unchanged from PR3605 and our admitted T450 contribution. Concatenate T37 and T16 orders, renumber replicas, preserve each constituent dispatch, and derive windows from the actual source geometry. Initial lower bounds remain globally −1. T16 chronology provenance is pinned to PLAN-3413.json and its reconstruction source; older numerical gains are not added again.

+The aggregate certificate has ten copies, 4,770 calls and 408 roles per call. Integer pattern counts and time flows satisfy every actual window, group count, width quota and group/time degree. Maximum pattern degree six is at most the ten copies. The retained integral lower-bound flow decomposition and copy-color induction therefore apply. A grouped time represents ten successive physical calls. Literal reconstruction and an independent native-frame audit check all 1,946,160 assignments, source-family uniqueness and rank offsets, including five rejection controls.

+**Complete source-bound conditional admission passed. Stored evidence and source-bound native reuse are explicitly distinguished from a fresh portable replay.**

+This candidate combines the T37 chronology underlying Ross Richardson’s PR3605 with the retained T16 chronology from PR3413, preserved by our T16 provider-composition work. Ten copies of the combined 53-replica order give 530 replicas. Actual source windows are recomputed across the join and both supplier dispatches are preserved.

+The finite profile root lies between `0.001730071864705779882540` and `0.001730071864705779882541`, above our published T450 contribution PR3624. All 1,946,160 literal roles pass the independent native-frame owner audit. All seven admission stages passed, including the full physical, precision and outer checks. The portable entry reconstructs changed suppliers and freshly checks both native words, with explicitly authenticated retained parent reuse. The completed separate execution instead reused authenticated native caches freshly checked earlier in the same session. Its scientific driver and 648-source manifest match the portable materialization. The complete fresh portable CLI has not run end to end.

+## Open next questions
+
+Can combining both retained T8 and T16 chronologies improve the same supplier inventory? Recompute actual windows, obtain exact joint flows, and price the full profile before expansion. Can a different recursive interface improve the underlying supplier ceiling? Include source acquisition, restoration and all physical costs before a large search.
