Summary

• On the family p = 2^(10a), m = 2^(4a), X = 2^(3a), the unweighted kernel exponent exceeds P = 32768p, so toward-zero rounding on that grid is zero.
• The weighted exponent stays strictly below p/8 for every integer a from 26 through 64.
• The scalar band identities hold on all 39 scales, and the selected κ is unchanged.
