Summary

This adds research/native-splice-recount/. It is an independent logical recount of Dugongue's #4505, the borrowed rank-one adapters installed in the complete THREE-base native word.

Claim type: an independent recount by separately written code. No new κ.

Results (both orientations)

• Nothing paid moves. Every non-scalar event is identical and in order, so the paid profile, transports and warps are unchanged.
• Local and logically exact. All changes lie in one scalar segment (index 4,984; 4,208 → 4,210 scalars). Replayed as exact rational linear maps, the old and new segments have the identical effect on all 411 touched fields, so borrowed fields are restored.
• Tariff. The scalar allowance, re-implemented from its stated rule, is 158,120 → 158,020 forward and 158,168 → 158,068 backward: exactly 100 saved per orientation, as Install #4502 adapters: full native replay saves 100 scalar allowance per orientation #4505 reports.
