This adds research/adaptive-witness-retune/, sharper certified witnesses for zxv's #4483 adaptive-height direct compiler. The theorem, raw profiles, uniform savings and κ are all unchanged; only the free geometry (p, c, M, ℓ₀, s, λ and the rational guards) is retuned.

Claim type: a compiler improvement with certified finite witnesses. No new κ.

Here N = 2^H. For p16 that is about 352× below the pre-#4483 exponent of 2^558100005581.

• Why H drops. A much smaller ordinary base (n₀ = 145·768^{140} instead of 145·1024^{650} for p16) shrinks the normalization A0 in the final funding (17). The other parameters keep the recurrence inequality (20) satisfied.
• Certification.
  • My own certified checker (from Independently certify #4483's finite gates (p16 2^2800000000, all four witnesses) and its arbitrary-height flow identities (no new κ) #4529) passes every gate: guards (18), mirror (4) over 20 t-slices, recurrence (20) and funding (17). p16 has D ≥ 0.05145 against required 0.04298.
  • H − 10⁶ fails the funding, so each H is least at million granularity.
  • Remove tensor padding (199.32× smaller uniform-rank exponent) #4483's own compiler.certify on main accepts all four witnesses.
