Start with the [selected record](../certificates/selected-result.json). Its
`reproduce`, `review`, `source_manifest` and `validation` fields identify the
replay command, scoped assessment, source bindings and integration evidence.
The selected checkpoint is #4359, documented in
[the proof review](research/pr-intake-evidence/pr4359/PROOF-REVIEW.md),
[the source manifest](../certificates/frontier4359-source.json) and
[the validation receipt](research/pr-intake-evidence/pr4359/VALIDATION.json).
The public cold replay is `make frontier4359-verify`; the configured
[frontier4359 workflow](../.github/workflows/frontier4359.yml) executes it
on Ubuntu 24.04 with Python 3.12 and the pinned requirements. Consult
[the integration receipt](research/pr-intake-evidence/pr4359/INTEGRATION.json)
and [workflow runs](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/actions/workflows/frontier4359.yml)
for dated evidence and exact tested heads.

`make selected-record-check` checks metadata and source/proof hashes. The
finite replay and changed-interface review retain the native/physical,
analytic, precision, fixed-tape and recovery hypotheses in the selected
record; they are not a full formal multiplication theorem. The winning
uniform templates are algorithm-defined and are not materialized.

## Historical checkpoint through #1094

At this checkpoint, the selected composition is #589 with #1094, documented in
[the review](research/community-batch1099-review.md),
[the source manifest](../research/community-frontier1094-audit/SELECTED-SOURCE.json)

# Isolated contribution base, 22 October 2026

This branch starts at canonical main f9f85c1e4fa1e955ff39f10fca447e3e2a4e4adc. It carries only the already tested fork PR14 navigation and historical source-role corrections, separate from all four new research submissions. The historical replay's original-manifest reference is now the same byte-identical manifest in canonical main, so no foreign fork commit is required. Scientific verifiers, original hashes and receipts, selected records, and replay invalidation paths are unchanged. Credit zxv's PR4436 documentation, James Reed's PR3563 and the locale/D8 authors; fork adaptation by Chris R / Clear1nsight with substantial OpenAI assistance, Apache-2.0.

This is an isolated base branch, not a merge into main or a selected-frontier update. Each research PR targets this branch to keep its scientific diff focused. Upstream submission should carry the individual research commit; upstream maintainers own any shared CI repair. New package metadata pins the canonical scientific baseline, not the changing current documentation.

# Chronological-to-physical coverage join for PR4470

**Source-bound coverage join passes; no new kappa.** Assignment C connects actual changed native demands to fork PR14's exact physical recipes. The 406 new distinct transport pairs and 17 distinct helper boundaries match all 423 recipes exactly in both orientations. [RESULT.json](RESULT.json) retains the complete executed output. [VALIDATION.md](VALIDATION.md) records the hosted environment, exact revisions and passing commands.

## What is covered

Each orientation contains 3,302 persistent transport occurrences over 2,856 distinct pairs. Of those occurrences, 439 have directly checked recipes and 2,863 are explicitly inherited. All 408 helper owners are represented through 17 distinct endpoint pairs. The join checks 846 oriented records. The 240 retained warps and eight owned-centre jobs per orientation remain separately classified, not silently promoted to new physical evidence.

The original pinned constructor emits old and changed words, frame catalogues and helper endpoints. Its proof engines are not called. A separate binary elimination and state trace checks each climb's actual source, nesting and charged rank, scalar common frames, warp entrances, centre charges and final persistent frames. Required physical records are derived from actual changed transport pairs and every productive helper boundary, independently of the recipe inventory. Missing or extra records reject.

Canonical subspaces replace raw frame IDs, but exact reference-basis embeddings remain in the keys. Equal spans do not silently license a phase-changing replacement of a physical frame. The exact NATIVE.json.gz bytes and ordered pair/rank/orientation digest bind the coverage to PR14's unchanged successful matrix receipt under evidence/. Reusing scoped prior execution is different from freshly repeating its 221,773,824 complex-entry comparisons. Its original limitations remain intact.

## Reproduction and evidence

Python 3.12, standard library only:

```sh
python -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/pr4470-coverage-join
python -I -O -B research/pr4470-coverage-join/verify.py --self-test
```

The registered source-bound run passed on CPython 3.12.15, including metadata, optimised controls and preservation of committed inputs. Eight sources are pinned by Git blob and SHA256 before the constructor runs in isolated Python with a private bytecode cache. Four positive and seven rejection controls cover canonicalisation, embedding preservation, duplicate records, wrong ranks, absent orientations, missing coverage and dependent bases. The actual-source run additionally removes an oriented record and requires rejection. Normal replay compares the entire retained receipt without rewriting it.

## Scope and overlap

Scientific base f9f85c1e4fa1e955ff39f10fca447e3e2a4e4adc, priority revision 7; PR4470 source b9a13c1673e0e9697de410de16e8bbf3207a7363. Fork PR14 at af86fb28f4fe039d4bb8419850af99a6fc474587 supplies prior physical evidence. PR4504 covers chronological frames and billing; PR4478 covers arithmetic. This package closes a different binding question and does not import their acceptance functions. Targeted searches are not exhaustive overlap coverage or novelty proof. The historical baseline helper was not run.

The full 632-input operator endpoint, physical implementations of inherited transports/warps/centres, p16 query/owner/erasure protocol, precision/stock and outer theorem remain separate. Counting owned clears is not a full semantic erasure proof. No selected record or frozen source changes.

## Open next questions

Use the executed classification to bind the smallest inherited operator family to retained exact evidence. Then audit the complete arbitrary-input invocation and actual p16 caller. Do not repeat the 423 matrix calculations or root arithmetic as though they were missing. TASK.json records the relevance, first step and blockers.

## Credit

Credit Cinna Davis's PR4470, zxv's receiver/native/controller work, Jacob Alan Sussman's recursion, Mihir Srivastava's PR4504, Mark/Matarener's earlier operators, Ryanson Jonathan's arithmetic audit and the retained scalar/Clifford/geometry/BIT/outer notices. Prior matrix evidence and this new join were prepared for Chris R / Clear1nsight with substantial OpenAI assistance, Apache-2.0. Separate workstreams are not independently launched agents, human review or formal-kernel acceptance.
