Summary

This adds research/jwr-chain-receipt/, a disposition receipt for jwr404's 13 open halo-absorption PRs: #4508, #4509, #4511, #4512, #4515, #4520, #4523, #4524, #4526, #4527, #4528, #4530 and #4531. No new κ. No closures are recommended.

Findings

• Nothing is retained yet. None of the 13 packages is present at its merge base or on main f626db5c. Each PR is a single-package addition of 5 files. RECEIPT.json records exact heads, merge bases and per-file blobs.
