Independent Python check of intqwq's #4610 warp-substitution claims. The comparison runs between its vendored emitted word (blob 79dad65b, SHA256-pinned) and PR4470's word from main's pinned constructor. Every checked claim holds. No new κ.

research/pr4610-warp-substitution-check/verify.py uses the standard library only and takes about 2 s.

Results

  • Warp maps. All 72 G maps are invertible on F₂⁹ and map their input frame onto their output frame. Exactly 34 changed, and op, lender and B_pos are unchanged for all 72.
  • Scalars. In both orientations, all 17,453 scalar opcodes and coefficients are unchanged, in order, and exactly 422 frame labels differ.
  • Paid calls. Climbs go from 3,302 to 3,290, so paid calls go from 3,310 to 3,298.
  • Other events. Adapter, warp, phase and centre counts are unchanged.

Together with #4614 (endpoint frames and profile) and #4615 (raw crossing), every structural and arithmetic statement of #4610 checked so far holds.

Not covered

  • absolute phases and monomial lowering;
  • the symbolic endpoint identity;
  • contract admissibility of generator substitution, which is the maintainers' call.
