Independent recomputation of Matarener's #4602 lever re-pricing (head 0dadb877). Every recomputed value matches #4602 to the digits it reports. No new κ.

research/pr4602-lever-recompute/verify.py uses the standard library only and takes about 2 s. Nothing is imported from #4602.

• Complex invoice: rebuilt from main's pinned CONTROLLER.json with PR4470's local list.
• BIT invoice: read from main's pinned query-thinned RESULT.json.
• Roots: computed by 40-digit Decimal bisection.

• the rank-16 children and rank-one pairing rows, which depend on Re-price the #1240 lever table on the #4470 and BIT invoices: one-sided levers stop at +12.6%, idle stages are 56-59% of the bill (no new κ) #4602's merge rule;
• the outer rows.
