+New research, code, packaging, and verification used substantial OpenAI
+Codex assistance under the user's direction. Separate AI agents supplied
+the construction, exact policy enumeration, and independent reviews.
+No independent human review is claimed. New material uses Apache-2.0.
+The [license](notices/LICENSE) is retained without changes.
+
+The scalar word and native frame data retain the historical gauge44/t16
+lineage at commit `bce54fb3f895cbe5cd4c0eb477c3afeed100190f`. Its original
+notices are copied byte for byte:

+Within the centre-encoding campaign, history-encoding supplied the
+full-mode word, source rows, and exact cut response. Circuit-interface
+supplied the matrix. Schur-selection supplied the finite tagged word,
+its corrected version 2 proof, and the fixed nonzero carrier witness.
+Temporal-reuse supplied the native response work, separate record formats,
+and the complete pure-reset policy theorem. Interface-proof reviewed the
+native typing and the conditional record-format proof. Paired-package-review
+supplied the corrected physical phase check, found the parent return-grid
+error, independently checked the local word and all policy cases, and
+proved the sharp surplus 17. Portable-source-codes supplied the separate
+historical complete-profile comparison; that comparison is not a claim
+about the changed selected construction.
+
+The replay uses both independent checker files without changes. The
+frozen directory keeps their relative source layout. Producer scripts
+are retained for source comparison. They are not imported by the replay.
+[SOURCES.json](SOURCES.json) binds every copied file and records the
+historical native and precision source pins. This package changes no
+frozen evidence and makes no complete supplier or kappa claim.
