+# Source credit and license
+
+This package contains work prepared for Ali Romman's centre-encoding
+campaign with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. It retains separate
+agent proofs, implementations, and independent checks. This notice does
+not claim human review, maintainer acceptance, or priority over cited
+predecessors. New package material is under Apache-2.0.
+
+The controller-followthrough lane supplied the raw and weighted content
+controllers. The controller-review lane supplied the separate ordered
+normal-form and decoder proofs. The encoded-controller lane supplied
+the current/general unit codes, the physical monomial compiler and
+line-flag result, and the retained helper completion. The history lane
+supplied the independent skeleton and one-pair role/row admission. The
+bridge-access lane supplied the actual D25 views and mixed terminal.
+The independent-review lane supplied the cheaper scalar code and native
+phase review. The bridge-review lane supplied the separate D25 access,
+terminal, and hosting review. The oblique and controller lanes supplied
+the local matched response; the history lane supplied its 64-port
+permutation component. These are contribution records within the same
+AI-assisted campaign, not separate human author identities.

+The retained provider lineage comes from
+[PR #3133](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/3133)

+not update a historical pin to the new selected construction.
